The number of plies refers to the number of paper layers. 3-ply boxes are lightweight for items up to 5 kg, 5-ply boxes are medium-strength for items up to 15 kg, and 7-ply boxes are heavy-duty for items up to 30 kg or more.
Yes. We provide test certificates from our in-house lab or third-party certified labs for burst strength, ECT, BCT, and moisture content as required.
For flexographic printing, minimum order is 1000 boxes. For digital printing, we can accommodate orders as low as 100 boxes for prototyping.
Yes. We provide unprinted samples free of cost. For printed samples, nominal charges apply which can be adjusted against bulk orders. Digital mockups are provided free.
We accept advance payment plus balance against shipping documents or Letter of Credit for qualified buyers. Payment terms are flexible for long-term partnerships.
